Spring Quarter 08 Presentations

Stroke Force Spring Quarter Presentations

"RESPONSIBILITIES":
  • Presenter: you are responsible for bringing a computer with slides, if you do not want to bring one..it is up to you to arrange alternate accommodations.
  • Driver: You are responsible for leaving the ER on time. (This means you are not responsible for waiting for anyone if they are late). FYI: you are to leave the ER within 5 mins of the designated meeting time, that way you can be on time.
  • Attendee #1: You are responsible for bringing the projection screen (This is to be taken to every presentation).
  • Attendee #2: You are responsible for gathering the presentation binder and all brochures.
  • Attendee #3: If the old projector needs to be used, you are in charge of it.
    • If the number of attendees are less than the previously mentioned: Attendee #1 is responsible for whomever is missing.
  • FYI: There will now be a check-out sheet in the FAST-MAG office, which you need to sign when you check out the projector and when you return it. This will help the coordinators know the amount of time each presentation took and ensure the projector was always returned after use.

To sign up for a presentation, email Amy at amy.m.rogers@gmail.com with your name and which presentation you'd like to attend. (Please put "SF: " in the email subject line). A 24-hour notice will be sent out before each presentation as a reminder. If you cannot attend a presentation that you've signed up for, a 24-hour notice is required.

For presentations: You will need to check out the FAST-Mag projector from the FAST-MAG office on Gayley (1072 Gayley Ave) the day of your presentation. The door code is 05005. Evelyn can be reached at (310) 794-0600. You can also ask to speak with Anjani for the checkout process. YOU MUST RETURN THE PROJECTOR AFTER THE PRESENTATION!!! Also, those attending a presentation must coordinate with one another who will be responsible for bringing a computer with access to the slides. If you have any questions, please contact me!
