  • Presenter: you are responsible for bringing a computer with slides, if you do not want to bring one..it is up to you to arrange alternate accommodations.
  • Driver: You are responsible for leaving the ER on time. (This means you are not responsible for waiting for anyone if they are late). FYI: you are to leave the ER within 5 mins of the designated meeting time, that way you can be on time.
  • Attendee #1: You are responsible for bringing the projection screen (This is to be taken to every presentation).
  • Attendee #2: You are responsible for gathering the presentation binder and all brochures.
  • Attendee #3: If the old projector needs to be used, you are in charge of it.
    • If the number of attendees are less than the previously mentioned: Attendee #1 is responsible for whomever is missing.
  • FYI: There will now be a check-out sheet in the FAST-MAG office, which you need to sign when you check out the projector and when you return it. This will help the coordinators know the amount of time each presentation took and ensure the projector was always returned after use.

To sign up for a presentation, email Amy at amy.m.rogers@gmail.com with your name and which presentation you'd like to attend. (Please put "SF: " in the email subject line). A 24-hour notice will be sent out before each presentation as a reminder. If you cannot attend a presentation that you've signed up for, a 24-hour notice is required.

For presentations: You will need to check out the FAST-Mag projector from the FAST-MAG office on Gayley (1072 Gayley Ave) the day of your presentation. The door code is 05005. You can also ask to speak with Kevin for the checkout process. YOU MUST RETURN THE PROJECTOR AFTER THE PRESENTATION AND MAKE SURE YOU SIGN IN AND OUT ON THE CHECK OUT SHEET!!!

Spring 2008 ER Shifts and Workshops

Hi Stroke Forcers! I hope you all had a great Spring Break! 

Welcome new students! Just a a reminder to everyone and clarification to the new students: 

Please sign up for two 3-hour ER shifts and 4 workshops for new students (2 workshops for veteran students). Once everyone has signed up for the minimum requirement of ER shifts and workshops, we will be taking more sign-ups.

To sign up for workshops and ER shifts, please e-mail Jennifer Yoohanna at jmyoohanna@gmail.com.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is only appropriate with a valid excuse 48+ hours before your ER shfit or workshop, If you are going to be late to anything you MUST call the coordinator in charge of the shift or workshop to notify her, with a valid reason for the tardiness.  This is necessary because ER shifts and workshops are in high demand and if you cannot make it, someone should be able to take your place.
